How do I become a client?Step 1: Fill out contact form here. Step 2: We will contact you for a short discovery phone call Step 3: We'll email you a link to activate your account Step4: Complete your account and we'll schedule a meet and greet with your walker/sitter During our phone call we will go over details pertaining to what services you are interested in, what schedule you would like to set up, and information pertaining to your dogs behaviour to see if we are a suitable fit. At the end of the call, if both parties are pleased, we will schedule an in person Meet & Greet with your dedicated walker/sitter.

Are you licensed, bonded and insured?"Yes! We are fulled licensed, bonded & insured. We carry pet care specific, PROfur Insurance, a valid business license in the City of Vancouver, North Vancouver and West Vancouver and also have valid commerical dog walking permits to access the West Vancouver trails

Are you pet first aid trained?Yes! We are certified through Walks 'N' Wags Pet First Aid Program

What is your cancellation policy?We carefully plan our schedules to meet as many clients' specific needs as possible. We understand that even the best-laid plans can change, and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please keep in mind that we may have turned away other clients or altered personal commitments to accommodate your scheduled visits. Dog Walking: We kindly ask when possible to make changes to your schedule on Fridays, for the upcoming week. This helps us provide scheduling to our staff in a timely manor. However, we understand unforeseen situations may arise, so we work within a 48-hour cancellation policy winndow. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled walking service are non-refundable. Hotel Visits: If you need to cancel a hotel visit, we kindly ask for 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. House Sitting: - 14 days or more: Full refund - 7 - 14 days: Credited 50% of the stay to use towards future services - 7 days or less: Non-refundable and no credit will be given. Please note that refunds are not provided for early returns, as we have reserved that time exclusively for your pet.

How I make payments?You can conveniently pay your invoices through your client account by selecting the Invoice tab in your client account, click "make payment" and select invoice you would like to apply payment too. We accept debit, credit, apple, google pay, cash and cheque. Please arrange with Natalya for cash payments. Never give your walker cash direct.

Do you provide services on holidays?Walking: We are closed for on all BC statutory holidays. New years, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, B.C Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, Christmas. House Sitting: We are open 365 days a year for housesitting. Additional rates apply on Statutory weekends and peak season
